They’re definitely one of my bestest, favest desserts in the world!
It’s a unique moment when I eat a freshly-baked, well-made cream puff. Biting into a crunchy caramel-coated exterior and then suddenly diving into luscious custard within…it gets to my brain everytime. Absolutely delicious!
This one is from Dulcinea Restaurant, a Spanish restaurant that’s been around for decades. They’re known for their tapas and pastries. I usually go here for my cream puff fix, although I also do patronize other places. The “original” flavor is usually my favorite–no fancy add-ons for me.
